This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Pelerine Caravan & Camping Site, and it’s the perfect setting for a relaxed, sociable and enjoyable AGM weekend. Set just outside the charming market town of Newent, Pelerine offers level pitches, peaceful countryside views and a friendly atmosphere — ideal for bringing members together.
The site is brilliantly placed for days out. You can explore the beautiful Newent Arboretum, enjoy wine tasting at the famous Three Choirs Vineyards, or take the family to Newbridge Farm Park. For those who like a bigger adventure, the Forest of Dean, Goodrich Castle, and the scenic lakes at Mallards Pike are all within easy reach. Whether you prefer gentle walks, history, wildlife or a bit of excitement, there’s plenty to enjoy over the AGM weekend.
Back at Pelerine, the calm surroundings make it easy to unwind, catch up with friends and enjoy the club atmosphere. It’s a lovely spot for holding the AGM — relaxed, accessible, and with plenty of space for everyone.
Your attendance really matters. The AGM is where we discuss the year, share ideas, vote on important club matters and shape the future of the Pennine Owners Club. The more members who come along, the stronger and more enjoyable the club becomes.
